Tess is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master's degree in Psychology, emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, and more than a decade of experience supporting children with developmental disabilities. She is drawn to Havern's commitment to individualized education — a place where students are celebrated for who they are while building meaningful life skills in emotional regulation and community connection. Outside of school, Tess enjoys running and skiing in the Colorado mountains.
