10.31 - Trunk-or-Treat event!
Students will celebrate the season with a fun Trunk-or-Treat event in the North Parking Lot on Friday, October 31st from
2–3pm.
Parents are invited to join us and can sign up to host a trunk-or-treat station or just come to watch!
If you’d like to host a trunk, please sign up by clicking here.
Important: Parking spaces are limited—only those who reserve a spot on the sign-up form will be guaranteed space to participate. If you don’t reserve in advance, we may not have room for your vehicle on the day of the event.
PLEASE PLAN TO:
Decorate your trunk, wear costumes, and hand out pre-packaged candy or small toys.
Please keep decorations and costumes friendly and not too scary for our younger students.
No dogs, please—we want to make sure all students feel comfortable and safe.
Plan for about 120 students.
Avoid nuts and artificial dyes, as some of our students have allergies.
Have your car parked by 1:30pm and ready to go by 1:50pm so the fun can start on time.

Havern middle school families: please join us as former Havern parents who currently have students in high school share their experiences going from Havern to high school. The parents on the panel will introduce themselves, then we will open the floor to our current Havern families to ask questions of parents who have been in their same place not too long ago.

LAST DAY OF SCHOOL
Celebrate the end of an amazing school year with us! On the final day, Thursday, May 23rd, our students will partake in a lively field day during the morning. Please ensure your child has sunscreen applied and brings a full water bottle.
Families (up to three guests per student) are cordially invited to join us for an outdoor lunch at 11:30 a.m. Please RSVP by May 16th using the form provided below.
All students will be dismissed at 12:30 p.m. Student check-out will occur outside following the lunch.
We will offer a selection of Jimmy John's sandwiches for lunch, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. You may also choose to bring a packed lunch from home if preferred.

Join us for the Science Fair on March 1st at Havern, where you'll have the opportunity to explore and admire your child's project in the gym from 2 - 3pm. We invite all families to participate in this showcase of our students' hard work and creativity!
RE-ENROLLMENT PACKETS & DEPOSIT DUE TODAY
Re-enrollment packets and non-refundable deposit of $2,500 are due to secure your child’s spot for the next school year.

Students and staff—get ready to rewind time and dive into the vibrant and iconic fashion of the 1980s for our upcoming 80's Dress Up Day!
SOUTH SUBURBAN PARKS & REC FAMILY FUN NIGHT
Join us on January 25th at the South Suburban location for a thrilling ice skate and activity night! The event, scheduled from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, promises an exhilarating experience with activities like laser tag, bungee, and bumper cars. A special room will be available for those seeking a quiet break. Please note: the Field Trip Committee has generously covered the cost of skates and ice time.
