Shannon holds a minor in Spanish and an MS in Speech-Language Pathology from East Stroudsburg University. Over the past decade, she has worked across a remarkably broad range of settings — home health, telehealth, skilled rehab, early intervention, and schools — and has served as a Director of Rehab in an assisted living and memory care facility. The majority of her experience has been with students K–12 with moderate to severe needs. At Havern, Shannon values the opportunity to build genuine connections with students and provide the kind of individualized, thorough support that goes beyond what most school settings can offer. Outside of work, she's hiking, enjoying live music, reading, and going on adventures with her kids.
