Molly has been part of the Havern community since 2010, when she joined as a classroom teacher. Over the years, she's taken on increasing leadership roles — including Director of Education, Director of Enrollment, and Head of School — before stepping into her current role as Executive Director of Havern Center.

Molly holds a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education from Boston University, an M.Ed. in Special Education from UMass Boston, and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard. Her experience spans curriculum development, enrollment, and educational leadership, with a focus on building inclusive environments where neurodiverse learners can thrive.

As a Havern parent herself, Molly brings a personal understanding to her work, along with a deep commitment to the values that define Havern — honesty, compassion, and respect for every learner's unique path.
