Boik
Melissa brings more than 25 years of experience in education, behavioral health, and disability services to her role at Havern. She holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has worked across school, clinical, and community settings — including REVEL, Thrive Autism Collaborative, and The Joshua School. Her approach is relationship-driven and evidence-based, centering emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and social growth as the foundation for real, lasting learning. She is genuinely excited to be part of the Havern community.
