Courtney is currently completing her Bachelor's degree at UC Denver, building on an Associate's degree from Red Rocks Community College. She brings more than four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician — work she continues in the summers — as well as a decade in childcare. At Havern, what she values most is the collaborative culture: knowing that every student's success is a shared goal, and that there's always a team of people to lean on. Outside of work, Courtney is into Star Wars, reading, crafting, and video games.
