I hope you are all having a wonderful summer break, finding time to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. It's a special time for family and fun, and we hope you're making the most of these sunny days!

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we need your help to ensure a smooth start. Please take a moment to fill out the linked survey regarding your family's use of our Early-Bird and Aftercare programs. This information is crucial for our planning of staffing and schedules. Below are the details of these programs to help you decide your family's needs.

• EARLY-BIRD OFFERINGS:

  • Offered daily from 7:30 - 8:00 AM

  • Cost: $7 per session

• AFTERCARE OFFERINGS:

  • Offered daily from 3:00 - 5:30 PM

  • Cost: $13 per hour

• CLUB OFFERINGS:

  • Our full list of club offerings will be released in August. Please consider these when submitting your survey responses.

  • Each club is offered once a week from 3 - 4 PM

  • Cost: Each club is $225/semester

It won't be long now until we're welcoming your kiddos back into the building! We are eagerly anticipating another year of learning, growth, and fun at Havern School and can't wait to see all the familiar faces and meet new ones.

LEADER NEEDED FOR HEART

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a parent volunteer who is eager to play a pivotal role in our school community by leading our Parent-Teacher Association, known as HEART. This role includes overseeing monthly meetings with Havern and HAP parents, serving as a liaison between parents and staff, coordinating room parents, managing classroom donations for the spring benefit, and organizing Teacher Appreciation Week in the spring. This is a fantastic way to connect with other families and take on a leadership role at our school. NEW: PARENT AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

We are thrilled to launch our new Parent Ambassador Program! If you're a returning parent and would like to extend a warm Havern welcome to a new family, this is a perfect opportunity for you. As a Parent Ambassador, you will be the go-to person for a new family throughout the year, ready to answer their questions and help them navigate their new environment. This role is crucial in fostering a welcoming and supportive community at Havern.
